Mae'r ymateb i'r cais hwn yn hwyr iawn. Yn ôl y gyfraith, ym mhob amgylchiad, dylai Liverpool City Council fod wedi ymateb erbyn hyn. (manylion). Gallwch gwyno drwy yn gofyn am adolygiad mewnol.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Copy:Councillor Malcolm Kennedy
Ward: Kirkdale and Vauxhall
Councillor Lisa Gaughan
Councillor Joe Hanson

When one buyer called Cllr Joe Hanson he was told to contact the “Samaritans” as the buyer had now come to his wits ends with distress struggling to cope, and at risk of suicide over his investment been lost in Eldon Grove.

Please supply the details and all information on the person’s dealing with Eldon Grove within the LCC office.

[1] Liverpool City Council’s Planning Department has a case officer that was and is working on the Elon grove site so what is the outcome?

[2] Cllr Kennedy, And Hanson all say it has nothing to do with them and any investor who has put into these sites in Vauxhall needs to seek legal advice, “we are not babysitters” as for Cllr Lisa Gaughan she will not comment on this or act.

[3]This now has become extremely seriously due to the number of investors in this project and will the Liverpool city council now make public as to all complaints over the past 3 years made to them over the amount of all failed projects [Developments] within the city of Liverpool.

By letter
By e-mail
By phone

What action then was or has been taken with regards to the complaints from UK and overseas buyers and has this been passed on to the Liverpool echo and or the SFO?
Will there be any intervention by the Ministry of Housing into these failed sites in Liverpool?

Tony Catterall, from Day Architectural “We’ve sold 90-odd per cent of the whole development, Then Aspen Woolf who was the London marketing company for Eldon grove the holdup is the “Liverpool City Council” not us.

Serious failures on the part of this Cllr Joe Hanson and Cllr Kennedy which may have stopped victims [investors] from parting with cash, had these 2 councillors acted and the report councillor Joe Hanson had for 3 years been fully exposed.

Cllr Hanson was fully updated also on the Lawton’s Metalworks also he hid this from the public and then decided to pass it over to the developer why?

Cllr Joe Hanson, then also told the developers to go after and sue a member of the public who was making life difficult for several developers by sending in to the LCC a number of FOI’s Cllr Hanson needs to remember that his remarks could "endanger safety of others wanting to search for justice by raising questions about the stat of the city with these cowboys.

This new information will be passed on to the police over this councillors’ reckless actions towards members of the public and women.

Unite regional officer John Sheppard

Councillors are servants of the people something they seem to have forgotten.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

It looks like Unite Liverpool never seem to pick up any phone, and John Sheppard is no where to be found?
I understand the Liverpool echo has gotten a statement from him yet it has so far not being published with regards to the vast amount of scam failed sites all over the city of Liverpool.
So John Sheppard will you try to pick up your phone, man up and tell the construction workers the real facts please or are you too busy get votes for this Mayor?

Yours sincerely,

dale jones
