Good afternoon

Thank-you for your recent request under Freedom of Information. Further to
your request I would respond as follows.

1. How many trade union reps are there working at the college?

2. How much time do reps get for their union duties?

3. How many full time union reps are there?

I can confirm that we hold this information which can be found in our
Trade Union Facility Publication Report 2017/18. This can be accessed on

4. Can you give me a copy of your handbook or any other documents you have
in relation to the duties performed by union reps?

I can confirm that we do not hold this information and unfortunately are
unable to provide anything in response to this part of your request.
