How many unfair dismissals are done by DFID in past?

Is DFID equal opportunity employer and believe in diversity?

Do DFID gives equal opportunity to overseas employees to fight for redundant jobs if their jobs are affected?

Do those people are consulted in advance? and given suitable opportunity with in organisation?

Thanks for your response and for the query sake i want to know how many disciplinary procedures for mis conduct has taken place in DFID and how many appeals are in favor of employees against whom these disciplinary charges are framed.
Just need the numbers and no further details.
