Thank you for your Freedom of Information request concerning undeveloped
land owned by St John’s College. I hope you find the following information
useful, for ease of reference my responses are in blue.
 
1) Provide a complete list of all undeveloped land (including land
classified as ‘Rural’ or ‘Agricultural’) owned by the college, including
the postcode of the landholding and its approximate size in acres.
 
Please find attached a spreadsheet listing the College’s undeveloped
landholdings together with postcodes and approximate size in acres where
this information is held.
 
2) Provide the UPRNs (Unique Property Reference Number), for
aforementioned land which has such.
 
The College does not hold a list of UPRN’s for its land and properties.
 
If you are dissatisfied with my response you may seek an internal review
in writing setting out the grounds for review. It will be dealt with by a
College Officer. Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of the
review, you will have a right of appeal to the Information Commissioner by
writing to him at Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
