Dear Oil and Gas Authority,
I sent a request on 29th November to your FOI team. Since then I've received various emails. Due to the complexity there was an extension granted which apparently would have brought the response in by 27th January.
It is now three months and a week since my request and a full month since the deadline. I'd rather not have to ask for an internal review.
Please can you look into this matter with some urgency. I appreciate you must be very busy.

As you can see from the attached email, we responded on 6 January 2017.
I have checked the email address and it was correct - we got no bounce backs so can only assume some other sort of technical problem?

I just sent this email to you and requested both a delivery and received receipt.
I got back a message saying " Delivery to these recipients or groups is complete, but no delivery notification was sent by the destination server"
I don’t know whether this means that you got it or not?
If you haven’t got it, it may be to do with the size of the attachment as the email totalled 4mb?
