Dear Judicial College,

Dear Prime Minister’s Office,

UK Corruption Conspiring to Defraud Property by Unjust Enrichment - Council, Courts, Judiciary, Insolvency Service, Land Registry, Solicitors, Barrister, Trustees etc

Please confirm who is ultimately responsible for the actions of those working within the above services who have been allowed to become completely out of control and unaccUK Corruption Conspiring to Defraud Property by Unjust Enrichment - Council, Courts, Judiciary, Insolvency Service, Land Registry, Solicitors, Barrister, Trustees etc accountable for their actions and to work together to conspire against people to defraud them of their family home, also known as unjust enrichment.

Many people have attended HMCTS to witness unfairness after also being denied access to what is supposed to be public hearings.

Please provide the date when bankruptcy proceedings began to be held in private rooms and not courts, or is this only for local authourities to enable them to cover their unconscionable acts of bad faith?

What right do District Judges or Deputy District Judges have to hold secret hearings in either the District Judge's Chambers that is not a court or in a Probate Room to conceal that the council and there external solicitors and agents etc do not follow the correct Insolvency Act nor rules or court procedures and alter dates, orders, etc to suit their own agenda.

Even the civil appeal court refused to accept an appeal that was sent in time to set aside a statutory demand (four times) and are refusing on papers the right to appeal a clearly unlawful bankruptcy.

A Chancery Judge has previously seen evidence of unlawful service, and said to take the case back to Chancery if the county court made an order, yet the permission to appeal is placed before a different judge, was this so they could refuse it ?

Please confirm how the judiciary are independent and why so many judges, lawyers, trustees etc all seem to belong to one particular faith that is not the Christian faith that Her Majesty swore to up hold ?

They are all conspiring to pervert the course of justice, what information do you hold that confirms the people can have any faith in your services when evidence points to the opposite being true and only confirms that we are in fact living under a defacto despotic regime.

Apparently it does not matter what a Judge does as long as they do not swear or fall asleep in court etc

Any complaint about how the judge manages or mis-manages a case to suit their decision and "agenda" is just ignored.

The Judiciary look after their own and the council it's called railroading for profit.

Yours faithfully,

Deb Williams

Dear HMCTS Customer Service (Correspondence),

Thank you for passing this onto the HMCTS who are well aware of what is happening within the secret courts.

How is it possible that the judiciary are independent of government (full of ex lawyers) when their actions directly undermine the confidence the people should have in the court service, who insist on holding secret hearings that exclude the people from justice that must be seen to be done, to suit the council's agenda who are funded by central government.

Not only are these secret hearings taking place the transcripts cannot be obtained because apparently the machine could conveniently develop a fault or not be switched on.

Yours sincerely,

Deb Williams
