Dear HM Passport Office,
I would like to know if possible to get a UK passport based on the following information.
I was born in the UK in 1990 to German parents and at the time was given a German passport.
We lived continuously in London for 27 years - before I recently moved to Spain for work 11 months ago.
Could you please inform me of the best actions to take in order to apply for the UK passport?
