UHL treatment rationing because of corona virus

Dear University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust,
Can you please answer the following questions with regards to this Freedom of Information Request.
1.How many cancer Patients have been denied their chemotherapy since the corona virus started within University hospitals of Leicester? please give statistics from the date a patient was first diagnosed with corona virus and admitted to hospital?
2. With regards to the chemotherapy denied to patients because of the corona virus how many patients have died since their chemotherapy was denied because of corona virus?
3. Does the Trust have a policy of who is allowed to continue their chemotherapy during the corona virus and who is not allowed ? In other words is there an age group which causes the rationing of chemotherapy rationing at this time of corona virus?
4 . There is a waiting list of Patients referrals to be triaged by the chronic PAIN management team can you please clarify if patients are still being seen by the PAIN management team on a merit case scenario at this present time of the corona virus pandemic ? Can you please clarify if there is any patient rationing at the moment with regards to the chronic PAIN management team and what is the policy for some patients being denied treatment at this time? or are all Patients being denied treatment at present due to the so called corona virus pandemic?
5. How many complaints have there been made to the Trust about the PAIN management system not treating patients at the time if the corona virus pandemic please give statistics for the past one calendar months?
6 Can you please clarify which specialities in the Trust are not currently seeing out patients because of corona virus please give separate replies for each hospital within the Trust
