Twitter Account
Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,
https://twitter.com/JCELaw
What rule got the Twitter account suspended and when? Was the suspension appealed, if so can I have the exchanges?
Yours faithfully,
Emma Davis

Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport's handling of my FOI request 'Twitter Account'.
I am requesting recorded information you hold about your knowledge about the decisions of a commercial entity. It is plainly a request for information about the suspension of a Twitter account what relevant data do you hold.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...
Yours faithfully,
Emma Davis

As part of our due diligence checks DCMS consider anything in the public domain related to
candidates' conduct or professional capacity. This includes undertaking searches of
previous public statements and social media, blogs or any other publicly available
information. These searches were undertaken as part of John Edwards's application. John
was also required to complete a conflict of interest declaration form, which was discussed at
interview
The Twitter account's in the public domain.
Yours sincerely,
Emma Davis
