Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

The BBC states that customers can make a request to cancel their TV License with an 'online refund application form'

1. Please tell me if the TV Licensing website has an online submission function which enables customers to send the refund application form online to TV Licensing's servers?

2. Please tell me if TV Licensing or the BBC has at any point received an online refund application form from the TV Licensing website, and that the data received from the form is then sent to a server for processing?

3. The online refund application form only contains a button which allows the user to print the refund form. Please advise how a user is supposed to submit an online refund application form to a server where there is no submission button?

4. Please advise why the BBC labels the refund application form on their website as an 'online application', yet the application cannot be sent online and must be printed?

5. The TV Licensing website states in relation to the online form, 'If you are asked to provide evidence please print out the form, or save it to print later, and sign it.'

Please advise in what circumstances will the TV License website require the user to provide evidence and print out a form, and in what circumstances it will not?

6. Please tell me if TV Licensing has at any time allowed a user to submit an online refund form application without evidence and whether any such application has been accepted?
