Dear Ms Alexander

Thank you for your email dated 17 September 2018. You requested an
electronic copy of the Trust Deed or governing document of charity 302371
- THE BATFORD MEMORIAL HALL OR COMMUNITY CENTRE and, if available, copies
of any other documents filed with you, such as annual accounts, annual
reports by trustees, covering the past five years.  We have dealt with
your request under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000.

We routinely provide copies of registered charities’ governing documents
as part of our normal business and duties under the Charities Act 2011. 
This means the information you have requested is exempt from disclosure
under section 21 of the FOI Act as it is “reasonably accessible” to you
via other means.

However, we can provide a copy of the governing document under our usual
processes.  I have attached the requested documents/Unfortunately we do
not hold the information you have requested.

We do not hold any accounts or trustee annual reports for the charity for
the last five years.  The Charity Commission only requires charities with
an income of £25,000 or more to submit annual accounts, and a trustee
annual report.

If you think our decision is wrong, you can ask for it to be reviewed.  
Such requests should be submitted within three months of the date of our
response and should be addressed to the Charity Commission at PO Box 211,
