With reference to the cabinet report* dated the 15 April 2015 'Troubled Families Programme Phase Two' please could you provide me with the following information:

1. Of the 810 families who were successfully turned around in phase one how many of these were identified by simple data matching rather than a specific intervention under the programme.
2. Please specify, as referred to in section 1.1 and 3.7 of the report, the criteria for successful 'employment outcomes' for the 127 families identified who met this criteria?
3. Please specify, as referred to in section 1.1 of the report the criteria for successfully getting a child 'back into school'?
4. Please could you forward a copy of the 'outcomes plan' referred to in section 3.9?
5. With reference to section 2.7 please can you provide me with any relevant document that defines the 'police priority areas' that forms one of the 'local criteria'?
6. How many families in phase 1 have been sanctioned in accordance with the either of the following: DWP: reduction in benefits under Welfare Reform Act 2012,Education Welfare Service and Schools: School Attendance Orders, Fixed Penalty Notices, Youth Offending Service: Parenting Contract, Parenting Order, Breach of Statutory Order,Housing, Police: Acceptable Behaviour Contracts,Injunctions, ASBO’s?
