Bracknell Forest District Council sold 20 Birchetts Close, Bracknell on 20th October 1986 to Alan John Leyland and Myrtle Leyland. The title of the property is BK3299. The Land Registry do not have a copy of the plan associated with the transfer of the above date. Please would you confirm whether you hold a copy and if so provide another.

I am instructed that because the Council is no longer the land owner, we
do not hold the information you require. It is suggested that you contact
the current owners.

In case it assists, I was talking to a colleague who pointed out that the
title number you mention in your request has the incorrect number of
digits. The Council records show that the title number is likely to be
BK251106. Perhaps, from this information, the Land Registry may be able
to locate the document you require. Alternatively, as there was a sale of
part of the land, the council may have the transfer plan you require (or
one which may assist) and you are welcome to view this at the
offices. Please contact me if you wish to pursue this.
