Transactions over £500 from January 2022
Dear Bracknell Forest Borough Council,
Thank you for publishing your spend data here: https://www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/coun... . However, I notice that you haven't published any spending data since December 2021.
We understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it may not have been a priority to publish your spending data. However, we strongly believe that the spending data is critical to understanding how Government functions and this data is vital for our work. We would be extremely grateful if you could update this information as soon as reasonably possible.
We’ve decided to continue to use the FOI process to request data as this gives us both a formal structure for making and responding to requests. So, I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for all transactions over £500 from January 2022 to at most a quarter in arrears from the date at which you publish in response to this request.
Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

For the avoidance of doubt, I am making this request under the Freedom of Information Act. I await your response within 20 working days.
Yours Faithfully,
Anna Pongracz

Dear Anna Pongracz
Thank you for your request for information, below, which was received by the Council (25/05/2022) and we will answer your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The FOI Act obliges us to respond to requests promptly, and in any case no later than 20 working days (by 24/06/2022) unless it is necessary to consider the public interest, in which case a full response must be provided within such a time as is reasonable in the circumstances and I will write to you again if this occurs.
The Council is fully utilising its facilities in order to complete all freedom information requests and subject access requests within the statutory time scale. However, whilst we are making every effort to fulfil every request, it is acknowledged both by the Council and the ICO that sometimes other pressures will have to take priority during this difficult time and people may experience unavoidable delays to their FOI and SAR response times. We thank you for your patience in this challenging time.
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me. Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future correspondence.
Yours sincerely
