Training Office - Newtownabbey - GDPR

The request was successful.

Dear Northern Regional College,

What steps have the training office in newtownabbey put in place to ensure compliance with GDPR legislation?

It is my understanding personal and sensitive information is retained in filing cabinets in the training office which are left unlocked?

Also I understand personal and sensitive information is transfered from the TMS system onto spreadsheets (duplicate information) and retained on the shared drives within the training department?

Yours faithfully,

John Cope

Dear Quality Improvement,

I have asked direct questions which have not yet been answered.

I also now understand staff in the training office in Newtownabbey have been asked to keep the blinds tilted to comply with GDPR?

What training have staff in the training office had in relation to GDPR?

Are filing cabinets left unlocked?

Yours sincerely,

John Cope
