Traffic survey results, Hertingfordbury, Hertford

Dear Hertfordshire County Council,

Please could you provide any traffic measurements made by, or on behalf of, the County Council, in Hertingfordbury Village, Hertford from the traffic surveys performed in September 2019? This includes complete data sets, including dates and times of any monitoring, such that traffic volume, and speed of individual vehicles can be determined.
