TPO fines

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Harlow District Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Can you please provide a list of fines handed out including the amounts for trees that have unlawfully been felled or pruned in either a conservation area or subject to a TPO in the last 5 years
