Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide me with the following information for calendar years 2016 & 2017 (or similar periods as appropriate, but at least two years' data).

For the Torquay car parks listed below:

1. Total number of vehicles parked (i.e. quantity parking tickets sold) broken down for each car park for each calendar week of the year.
2. Total number of parking hours sold broken down for each car park for each calendar week of the year.
3. Peak occupancy periods for each car park for each calendar week of the year.
4. Number of available parking spaces in requested each car park as at the most recent date.

I understand occupancy by users of car parking permits will not necessarily be able to be accounted for.

Please break the information down for the following car parks:

Meadfood Road
Melville Street
Sheddon Hill
Union Square
