Thank you for your response of 4th August. You wrote "you asked if Mr Redmond's wife accompanied him on his trip to Gibraltar. The answer is that she did, at her own expense. I should point out that this is not recorded information held by the Commission, but that Mr Redmond has volunteered this information."

Two distictions have been made in this answer. Firstly that Mr Redmond's wife accompanied him to Gibraltar in October 2004 "at her own expense". Secondly that "this is not recorded information".

You stated in previous FOI responses that Mr Redmond's wife accompanied him to Canada a month earlier, in September 2004, and to Australia a few months later, in May/June 2005. This was recorded information.

Please confirm that Mr Redmond's wife didn't travel to Canada and Australia at her own expense.
