To view unissued PEDL318 and 319

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Oil and Gas Authority,

1. Can we please see the unissued licences for the Forest of Dean - PEDL 318 and 319?

2. Can South Western Energy reapply for these PEDLs out of round, or another company?

3. Will the Forest of Dean area be offered in future onshore licensing rounds?

4. When do bids open on the 15th Round and licences offered?

5. Is it correct South Western Energy previously accepted the offer of PEDLs 318 and 319? What is the process for the company to initially accept the offer and then change its mind? Has it submitted a relinquishment report? Please can I see it if so, or any other correspondence / forms connected with SWE declining the PEDLs?

Yours faithfully,

Owen Adams

It is now 20th October and I have not received a response. So this means you are now breaking the law. I shall refrain from seeking legal redress as long as I receive an answer tomorrow (Friday 21st) or Monday 24th.

As I doubt you appreciate, we in the Forest of Dean are extremely anxious that the threat of fracking could return to this beautiful public area at any time, and seek clarification, especially on questions 2 and 3.

My questions again:

1. Can we please see the unissued licences for the Forest of Dean - PEDL 318 and 319?

2. Can South Western Energy reapply for these PEDLs out of round, or another company?
