Your Air Conditioning Assessments Certificates should be readily available at all times and be lodged on the government Landmark database. Failure to have appropriate Certificates will be subject to fines of £300 per building, each week.

Further to your request for information please see the responses below in
bold.  The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust acquired Barnet and
Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust on 1 July 2014.  This response covers all
sites managed by the trust.   

 

Q. It is a legal requirement that you hold valid TM44 Air Conditioning

date. Have you undertaken your TM44 Air Conditioning Assessments? YES at
Royal Free Hospital (RFH), YES at Barnet Hospital (BH) managed by PFI
provider, NO at Chase Farm Hospital (CFH) -  site being completely
re-built.

 

Q. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your buildings are
surveyed and assessed, please provide the name, address, email address and
telephone number of the responsible person. 

 

Caroline Clarke is the deputy chief executive & chief finance officer for
the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust whose responsibilities include
estates.

 

Please see the link below to the trust’s structure chart which includes
the names of senior staff including Andrew Panniker Director of Capital &
Estates. It is trust policy not to release the names of staff who are not
on the trust’s overall organisational chart available on the trust board
