This request relates to UK Legislation, specifically TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.
Q. Are you responsible for any buildings with more than 12kw of air conditioning present?
Q. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your buildings are inspected and reports lodged, please provide the name, address, and telephone number of the responsible person.
Q. If your TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Certificates are in place, what is their expiry date?
Q. What was the order value of the works placed with the Company who undertook the work?
Q. How many Certificates were produced?
Q. Was the TM44 Inspector independent as required under the Regulations?

Information Request – Freedom of Information Act 2000
Thank you for your information request received on the 29^th July 2016.
The Council is unable to respond to your request as it does not hold the
recorded information you have asked for. The Coroners buildings are not
maintained by the Council - any maintenance or inspections required would
be arranged by the Coroners.
Please also note that Coroners are not scheduled as public authorities for
the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and therefore have no
responsibilities under the Act.
If you are dissatisfied with this response you can ask for a review, which
