Tier 2 general visas and sponsor companies
Dear UK Border Agency,
I would like to make a Freedom of Information request to obtain the
following information for Tier 2 (general) in
Excel. Where each row of the data is structured as follows:
1- Name of sponsor company
2- Sector of company
3- Number of visas that are Tier 2 (general) for the each
company
4- Year (i.e. “2010”)
This information should be provided for the following years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 (to date).
This information will be used by the MOVE Guides
(http://www.moveguides.com/) to provide transparency for skilled
professionals seeking to move to the UK.

I am writing to request an internal review of UK Border Agency's handling of my FOI request 'Tier 2 general visas and sponsor companies'.
I had requested that the sector of the company applying for the visa also be specified. This information has not been provided despite the fact that it exists in your databases.
Additionally, many of the entries are marked with '+'. It was not specified as to what this means.
Can these be clarified?
