Will Liverpool’s Acting City Mayor, Cllr Wendy Simon now ask just who is this new developer taking over the “Rise building”?

1/ Who is John Morley?
2/ Who is Julian Ramsden, director at Nexus Residential?
3/ Who will and how will these persons above find the cash to start this new 2nd building project?
4/ Will the new acting city Mayor act and do “due diligence on this new company taking over the rise and assure all the residents in her ward and on Baker way that this is a real developer and not another cowboy outfit scammer?
5/ Will the new city acting Mayor ask these questions and ask if these are to be sold overseas and off plan to investors or to the locals in Liverpool?
6/ Will the new city Mayor ask for the SFO to investigate the missing investors cash from,
Primesite developments ltd

7/ Will the new Mayor Wendy Simon, ask the Liverpool Echo why all this was kept under the rug, by Tom & Alistair Houghton for 3 years?
8/ Will the new city Mayor state the number of times she has held meeting with Primesite and just how many jobs Primesite has created in her ward?
