Will the Mayor please provide the following information:

1. All work undertaken be her company Innervision Consultancy Ltd on
behalf of Kindred?

2. All monies Innervision has received from Kindred?

3. All correspondence from the Mayor between Kindred, any of their
employees, and the LCA over Kindred?
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
