Please could you clarify whether the information you are seeking is for
referral to treatment and whether you require this in days or weeks. 
Also, please clarify whether the information should exclude autism / ADHD.

 

Your request will be placed on hold until such time as your response is
received.  If we do not hear from you within two calendar months of
today’s date, your request will be cancelled in line with ICO guidance.
