Dear Liverpool City Council,

Cllr Richard Kemp CBE Leader Liberal Democrat Party

Cllr Malcolm Kennedy must be held to account to the residents of Vauxhall and Kirkdale who has a right to know if he lives in Liverpool or now Spain?
The Invisible Councilor from Vauxhall & Kirkdale
1- The residents of both Vauxhall & Kirkdale wish to know the current situation with regards to Cllr Malcolm Kennedy being in Spain.
2- Has Cllr Kennedy claimed his full council allowances while being or living in Spain?
3- Has he and Cllr Joe Hanson did not addressed the vast number of failed developments sites in the Vauxhall ward and how did this happen with over $598 million of apartments not being built.
4- Residents of both Vauxhall and Kirkdale have in the past called three Liverpool echo reporters who said they would look into Cllr Kennedy’s overseas trip and then totally blanked it. , one reporter was Liam Thorp, can our council state - if Liam Thorp- ever called your office or sent in any e-mails to ask about this matter, Liam Thorp will not talk to the residents of Vauxhall about this matter, so did he contact the LCC yes or no.
5- If Cllr Kennedy as an elected member of the Liverpool council, has he by (Law) to declare all interests to the people he represents both in Vauxhall & Kirkdale?
6- Has Cllr Kennedy got to be open and transparent and failure to comply could be seen as a criminal offence or is he and Cllr Joe Hanson above the Law?
Yours faithfully,
A. Robins Group Vauxhall Liverpool
