Dear Sunderland City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Sunderland City Council's handling of my FOI request 'The expiry date for your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement'.

I asked for the commence and expiry date for your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement but it was rejected as the information is publically available. I contacted the council to ask where it was as I had previously looked in the contract register and https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/article/13....

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

Philip Jordan
