Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Please provide me with a copy of any engagement plan (s) for residents and businesses in relation to the proposed low traffic neighbourhoods in the Cowley area of Oxford - Temple Cowley, Church Cowley and Florence Park. If no such plan exists, please confirm this also.

If plans do exist, please also provide me with any evaluation of that engagement plan, which seeks to ensure that all resident and business demographics are reached: i.e. that the engagement stategy does not principally consist of promoting the consultation on Facebook and Twitter, which will only reach a limited segment of the affected population. If no evaluation of this type exists, please confirm this also.
