The Council of The Borough Of Milton Keynes

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Milton Keynes Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Milton Keynes Council,

I am seeing online documents signed and sealed with the Common Seal of The Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes. In particular a document:

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT ) ORDER 1995 AMENDED. DIRECTION MADE UNDER ARTICLE 4 (1) TO WHICH ARTICLE 6 APPLIES.

First signed and sealed on the 29th December 2010.
Second signed and sealed on the 28th June 2011

1. The seal was affixed to the direction in the Presence of Principle Solicitor.
Who was the principle solicitor who signed the document, what is His/Her name?

It was confirmed under the the Common Seal of the Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes on the 28th June 2011.

2. The Common Seal of the Council was affixed to the Direction in the presence of Assistant Director - Law of 'unreadable' Who was the assistant who signed the document what is His/Her name and what was the title of the signature?

Both seals are visably different, there can only be one Common Seal.

3. Which seal is the Common Seal of the Council of the Borough of Milton Keynes? is it the Seal affixed on the 29th Decemebr 2010 or the Seal affixed on the 28th June 2011?

5 Can you provide a copy of the seal, or where can I inspect the seal?

Yours faithfully,

Paul-brian.
