The cost of private security to intimidate a diabled person
Dear Enfield Council,
I would like to request information regarding the hiring of security personnel to intimidate and threaten a disabled person rather than make reasonable adjustments to cater for that person's disability .
Between 2011-present date security staff have been employed on a number of occasions to intimidate and cause offence to a disabled person in contravention of disability discrimination. I would like to know how much this security has cost in total.
The security relates to the property 94 Sark House and I would like to know how many times security have been present and the total cost including vat.

Dear Mr Coath,
The total costs including VAT for security staff hired to attend your address for the health and safety of our officers/contractors are £777.60. The security staff were obviously not hired to threaten or intimidate you.
Please note that the costs do not include those incurred during the recent visit on 4th November 2014, as we are yet to be invoiced for this attendance.
To date there have been 6 separate occasions where it has been necessary to employ a security officer to attend.

The purpose of the security is to intimidate and threaten.
Your staff have been instructed that until further notice because of their threatening and abusive nature in the past all visits to my property must be accompanied by police attendance.
Please investigate the Robyland Incident; Fontaine-Phillips lies about the meeting in Jan 2009 that never took place; The lies regarding St. Helier Hall meeting May 2011.
