I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act,  as set out below,

All planning applications can be accessed using the [1]on line planning
register. You can search by application type and year. You would need to
cross references applications you are interested in against the
[2]Proposals Map, which you can also access on line to establish if the
land concerned is designated Green Belt of Open Space, if this information
is not set out in the officer report.

 

As the information you have requested is already available to you and in
the public domain, it is exempt under Section 21 of the Freedom of
Information Act.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to:
