Further to your request for information about The Change of Use of Green
Wedge, I can tell you the following: 

Under the FOI Act the information is exempt from disclosure under the
provisions of section 21. Section 21 sets out that the local authority
need not provide information under the FOI Act where the information
requested is ‘ reasonably accessible’ by other means.  

Planning application details are published online and including committee
resolutions 

The Local Planning Authority do not conduct back history searches, however
you can search online for planning applications. Applications that are
more recent have the drawings available to view online whilst older
applications will need to be made available to view at the council
offices.

Applications determined post mid 2005 to current day

Pre-electronic systems

 

Some applications pre-date our electronic systems and they are
recorded on our historic ‘Plotting Sheets’ which are available to view
on our computers at the Council’s [7]First Stop Shop

A minimum 24 hours’ notice to view a file is required for viewing any
application. Additional time may be necessary if the file is in
archive or in use by a case officer.

 

Requests for files should in the first case be sent to

* Your name

* Anticipated time of arrival at reception

* Contact phone number and/or email address

* Reference numbers of the files being requested 

Most of the information that we provide in response to Freedom of
