Hello

Please find below our response to your FOI request. We have inserted our
response below each of the questions you asked.

Explain how Stockport Homes are going to improve:

1.    The heating?

The existing heating was installed in 2008/09.  Stockport Homes has a long
term programme to replace electric storage heaters and once confirmed on
the capital programme (following feasibility studies), we will contact
customers directly to undertake consultation with them.

2.    The sound proofing?

There are currently no plans to carry out any sound proofing works to
these properties

3.    The rear of the properties especially?

The works to Councillor Lane identified and planned for 2016/17 are
external works to the communal staircases, walkways and individual
balconies to flats.

4.    Produce the plans Stockport Homes has for 2016/17 for the above
flats?

As above

5.    State the monies obtained for the planned work on these properties
for 2016/17?

A budget is agreed for the overall capital programme each year, however
works to Councillor Lane have not yet been tendered.

6.    What help Stockport Homes are producing for those with disabilities?

Stockport Homes provides a range of support services including aids and
adaptations and if you have any specific queries please contact your
Housing Officer.
