On the 23rd June 2021 Antony Robert Reeves, Chief Executive at Liverpool City Council, resigned from The ACC Liverpool Group. This left no LCC officer senior or otherwise as a director in the LCC company.
Q 1 - Please supply a link to the meeting when it was decided that Tony Reeves would resign from that position and the reasons for that decision
On the 1st July 2021 Jon Anthony Corner became a director of The ACC Liverpool Group even though he had been involved in various insolvencies
On the 1st July 2021 Alexander Cousins became a consultant for The ACC Liverpool Group even though her own consultancy company had only been incorporated 11 months before her appointment [no accounts at the time]
On the 1st July 2021 Alastair Hulbert Machray became a director for The ACC Liverpool Group. Previous Editor of the Liverpool Echo !!!
Q 2 - Please supply all information in relation to:
[a] Where these positions for the ACC Liverpool Group were advertised
[b] A copy of the advertisement for these positions
[c] The individuals tasked to interview the applicants
[d] The full list of applicants
[e] The annual remuneration for each of the above mentioned 2 directors and 1 consultant paid for by the taxpayers of Liverpool
[f] The official reasons why this company continues to make outrageous losses
