Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

S. Grove (Ataliwyd y cyfrif)

Dear University of Dundee,

From an earlier FOI request it is reported by the University of Dundee that there was one RIDDOR report submitted from the School of Life Sciences to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the year 2013.

From which Division within the School of Life Sciences was this 2013 RIDDOR submission to the HSE made?

Who was the Head of Division, within the Division of the School of Life Sciences that made the RIDDOR submission to the HSE, at the time of this submission in 2013?

What was the nature of the incident that was reported by the School of Life Sciences to the HSE in 2013 under RIDDOR regulations?

Yours faithfully,
S. Grove
