Dear R Brown

Thank you for your email dated 22 March received by London
Underground. You asked for information about tube refunds. I have
taken your request to be customer charter refunds, if you request relates
to another type of refund then please do let me know.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act and I can confirm that we do hold some of the information
you require. Data fro 2010 has not been collated as yet but I can
confirm the final figure for the whole of 2009.

You asked: How many tube refunds were issued in the last 12 months (end
February 2010)?

I can confirm that in 2009 we processed 283,143 customer charter claims.
