Test center data

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Cambridgeshire County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Under the freedom of information act i require the information the Cambridgeshire County Council holds in relation to the Cambridge COVID-19 test Centre, Specifically i require the name of the entity or Entities that are processing the personal Data of the Inhabitants of Cambridgeshire.

Under the freedom of information act i require the information the Cambridgeshire County Council holds in relation to the Cambridge COVID-19 test Centre, Specifically i require the name of the test kits that are being used on the inhabitants of Cambridgeshire.
(this would be due to the withdrawal of the Randox test kits due to saftey issues)

The Milton Park and Ride COVID-19 testing centre and the mobile testing
unit at the Abbey Leisure Centre site in Cambridge are both run by the
Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). Their privacy notice can be

The COVID-19 testing data for Cambridgeshire residents is provided to the
Director of Public Health for Cambridgeshire County Council by Public
Health England to support the delivery of their statutory functions
relating to outbreak management as defined in the Directors of Public
Health in Local Government: Roles, responsibility and context,
specifically

• Any of the Secretary of State’s public health protection or health
improvement functions that s/he delegates to local authorities, either by
arrangement or under regulations – these include services mandated by
regulations made under Section 6C of the Health and Social Care Act 2006,
inserted by Section 18 of the Health and Social Act 2012.

• Exercising their local authority’s functions in planning for, and
responding to, emergencies that present a risk to the public’s health

This data must be protected at all times by the Department for Public
Health (DPH) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation
2018, the Data Protection Act 2018, and associated legislation and data
security and protection good practice standards. The data must only be
shared by the DPH in accordance with the appropriate governance and
security arrangements that are routinely applied for the purposes of
outbreak management. Compliance with the regulations and security of the
data are the responsibility of the DPH. This data may only be retained by
the DPH for the period set out in the organisation’s local Records
Management Policy.

 

Cambridgeshire County Council does not hold information about COVID-19
testing kits, so any questions regarding the kit used for COVID-19 testing

So the secretary of state and Public health England have confirmed to the Council that they are testing for a non highly infectious disease and racing towards developing a Vaccine for a non highly infectious disease ?,,, whilst inhabitants provide Personal Data to Known Criminals SERCO, G4S.
