““1. Please can you disclose your annual spend on temporary Qualified

     Social workers for 2012.

                                                                                         

In the financial year 2011/12, the council spent £110,079 on the
engagement of agency qualified social workers.

    

     2. Please also provide the name and address of every team in the

     Authority that contains Qualified Social Workers.

 

The focus of social work teams are based at the following centres:

 

o The Whitehawk Community Hub, Whitehawk, Brighton
o Brighton General Hospital, Brighton
o Assessment Team, Sussex Eye Hospital, Brighton
o Neville Hospital, Hove
o Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton

    

     3. Please also provide the Team Manager's name for each team.

 

Team managers who have a requirement for social workers, on an agency
basis, engage them via the council’s Managed Service Provider, Carlisle
Managed Solutions.  “
