died in hospitals in England and had tested positive for COVID-19 or where
COVID-19 was mentioned on the death certificate. This information is

NHS England does not collect or hold any other information about COVID-19
deaths or deaths of individuals who have received a COVID-19 vaccination.

It may assist you, however if we explain that any adverse effects
(including possible deaths) related to the COVID-19 vaccines are collected
via the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA)
Yellow Card reporting scheme. The Yellow Card scheme is responsible for
collating and monitoring reports about adverse reactions or safety
concerns relating to the Covid-19 vaccines.
