Dear Mr Grimes

Further to your recent Freedom of Information request, Ards Borough
Council would answer your request as follows:

Attached is an export of agency staff costs for 13/14.

Down Rural Area Partnership (DRAP) costs have been excluded as they have
their own accounts as they are grant funded so not an Ards Borough Council
cost.

The total agency spend is £341,345.73 with £44,808.93 being off contract
to Hays rather than Grafton.

The highest category of spend - Grounds Maintenance at £104,365.44

Due to Local Government Reform the date for renewal has not been
determined.

I trust the above and attached is of assistance, however, I would like to
advise you that if you are not happy with the way in which your request
has been dealt with an internal review can be sought through the office of
the Chief Executive within two months of receiving this response. If you
are still not satisfied following the internal review you can ask the
Information Commissioner 's Office to review the Council's decision.
