Dear Neilesh Bahlani

I am replying to your FOI request. Please see my response below

1)      Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for
a Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed

We have a number of providers of nightly paid temporary accommodation. All
providers have applied and have been accepted onto our framework. The
price per night depends on the household composition and not the size of
the property. Different charges apply for the following and I have given a
range from the cheapest to the most expensive  single adults (£30 - £40),
adult couple (£40 - £60), additional adults (£15 - £30), children over 2
years old (£10 - £15) and children under 2 years old (£0 - £5).

We always place a household with the cheapest provider

2)      Who are your largest 5 suppliers and how much do you pay them on
average every month?

These monthly figures are based on an average for 2016/17 spend

Connolly and Callaghan                                         £368,401

Top Drawer Properties                                          £31,943

Ashley Guest House Ltd                                        £22,910

Bristol Housing and Support Ltd                         £15,246

Homes 4 All
£5,419

3)      If we were to supply accommodation on this basis, please can you
give us contact  names and telephone numbers of the procurement team.
