Temporary Accommodation - Nightly Rates

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

1. How many properties do you currently have on Temporary Accommodation?

2. Please can you advise us on the maximum that is paid per night for a Studio, 1 Bed, 2 Bed, 3 Bed & 4 Bed.

3. Who are your largest 5 suppliers and how much do you pay them on average every month?

4. If we were to supply accommodation on this basis, please can you give us contact names and telephone numbers of the procurement team.

Unfortunately, you have not given us enough detail to allow us to answer your request. Could you please clarify what you mean by "Temporary Accommodation"? We currently use different forms of temporary accommodation such as: Properties we own, Bed and Breakfast accommodation and we also rent properties from other landlords for this purpose.

If you could clarify, we can conduct an effective search to ascertain whether we have the information that you want.

I look forward to hearing from you. In the meantime your request has been put on hold. If I do not hear from you within 30 days of the date of this letter I will assume that you no longer want the information and I will therefore take no further action. Please note the 20 working day deadline will be extended by the number of working days your request is on hold.
