Thank you for your Freedom of Information request regarding standard
letters, sentences and paragraphs for our dealings with water customers
Our complaint management system does include a number of standard letters
/ text. These help ensure customers receive the relevant information.
However our staff are encouraged to personalise correspondence and to
amend the standard letters/ text to take into account the individual's
complaint or circumstances.
I have attached a document which contains all the standard letters we use
in PDF format as at 31 March 2012. Please let me know if you require an
alternative format or if you require further information.
If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been dealt with you
can ask for a review by a senior member of staff. You may either contact
me directly, or by [email address]
Should you remain dissatisfied following the review, you have the right to
complain to the Information Commissioner under Section 50 of the Freedom
