Dear Stockton on Tees Council,

Could you please explain or forward any information regarding the complaints procedure for taxi driver complaints.

If a private hire operator receives a complaint is there a system in place to deal with this or any kind of system in place to track number of complaints?

A1.  A complaint can be made by contacting Customer Services on 01642
526558.

 

Q2. If a private hire operator receives a complaint is there a system in
place to deal with this or any kind of system in place to track number of
complaints?

 

A2.  Yes.
