Dear Liverpool City Council,
I put in this FOI on the 20 August.....when am I getting a response......it is a simple request
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen
Dear Liverpool City Council,
The response to this FOI should be really interesting considering the Council have stated in FOI responses that they 'know nothing' about the Tarmacademy
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen
Dear Liverpool City Council,
This FOI was put in THREE MONTHS AGO. Yet again I note that there are FOIs that were responded to in a matter of weeks. PLEASE RESPOND
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen

Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Tarmacademy- For The Attention of The Adult Learning Service'.
[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
[1] You stated that that you were responding to my Internal Review request. This is NOT accurate. You were actually responding to my original FOI request. I have not requested an Internal Review before this one.
[2] In request 3 of the FOI I asked for - 'any report / information / study materials etc' . You only stated that there were no study materials. My request was for anything - hence 'report / information / study materials etc ' - that would evidence that LCC's Adult Learning Service actually had 'worked alongside Kings
and Tarmacademy' [ late known as Liverpool Highways Training Academy. Report/information etc etc] would include anything;eg - emails, Minutes from meetings or any communications that show that the Adult Learning Service actually had anything to do with Tarmacademy or King Construction. Please take into account when you respond that King Construction deny all knowledge of any dealings with LCC in relation to an academy
Point 4 - . Please supply the name of the individual/ individuals from the Adult Learning
Service who worked with Kings / Tarmacademy”
I asked for the NAMES of the individuals/ individual - you ignored this and just gave their titles
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...
Yours faithfully,
Josie Mullen
Dear Information Requests,
I note that many FOIs [sometimes quite complex] have been responded to within days or weeks, and yet this FOI request for an Internal Review has not been answered after two months. Please investigate why LCC seem to pick and choose who they respond to in a timely fashion. There seems to be no logic in LCC's procedures. Responses do not seem to be predicated on the dates the requests are sent, nor on the complexity of the request.
I am sending a copy of all my outstanding FOI's to the City Solicitor.
I would appreciate a response to this FOI as soon as possible.
Yours sincerely,
Josie Mullen
Dear Josie Mullen
