Takeaways and restaurants with late night refreshment licences

We're waiting for Najeeb to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Westminster City Council,

Please, kindly provide me with a list of All the empty or occupied takeaways, restaurants, industrial kitchens/units and all other premises with hold A3 or A5 licences that have late night refreshment licences to operate/stay open beyond the hours of 2:00am on all days of the week.
There are some takeaways that have licenses to stay open after 2am on weekends only, I'm not interested in them. I only want to know about the ones which are licensed to operate after 2am every night of the week.
Kind regards

Yours faithfully,
Najeeb

Response

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I
can confirm that Westminster City Council holds the information you
requested. However we are unable to process your request.

This is because the cost of locating and retrieving the information
exceeds the “appropriate limit” as stated in the Freedom of Information
(Fees and Appropriate Limit) Regulations 2004. The computer system used to
record the Council licensing applications is currently unable to produce
reports due to a technical issue affecting all users. As a result, the
information you have requested will need to be manually extracted. There
are currently over 3200 licensed premises in Westminster City Council. It
is estimated that it will take an officer 5 minutes to review each license
application and extract the information you have requested. It is
estimated that it would take 266 hours to comply with your request.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this
letter acts as a Refusal Notice.

You can also view the Licensing Register to find the information required
