Under the freedom of information act i require the information Held by the department in relation to School Children being tested for a Corona Virus, Specifically Who is the Liable Party for any Damage Caused to the Child whilst being Swabbed.

You asked the following.

We have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Information relating to your request is set out below.
 
Schools and colleges are covered by insurance schemes. For those
institutions who are members of the Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA)
Scheme, the RPA will indemnify members if a claim is brought by a third
party (including pupils) or employees. It will cover death, injury, or
damage to third-party property, due to the school or colleges undertaking
the asymptomatic tests. All other schools and colleges which are not
members of the RPA, will have individual commercial insurance providers
who can provide definitive clarification on cover.
 
 
If you have any queries about this letter, please contact me.  Please
remember to quote the reference number below in any future communications.
If you are unhappy with the way your request has been handled, you should
make a complaint to the Department by writing to me within two calendar
months of the date of this letter. Your complaint will be considered by an
independent review panel, who were not involved in the original
consideration of your request.
If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint to the
Department, you may then contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The above link is a government Pdf on the self-testing swabs and on the back page, it states it has been sterilized with Ethylene Oxide.

The government link below shows you that Ethylene Oxide is a carcinogen that can cause numerous types of Cancer especially by inhalation (nose/throat), our children are being attacked and their future looks bleak if they continue with the tainted PCR swab tests
