Dear Mr Tsui,

I wonder if you could confirm the date of the survey in which you are interested? If you are referring to the survey in 2017, the University’s response is linked from this page - https://www.dundee.ac.uk/finance/our-ser...

Is this the information you require?

Kind regards,

Alan

Dear Mr Bell,

To clarify, I am referring to:

"USS -- consultation on employer covenant review"

It should involve the letter that Bill Galvin (CEO of Universities Superannuation Scheme USS) wrote dated 29 September 2016, with accompanying documents relating to the USS consultation on employer covenant review. The University should have a response to that USS consultation (which they would have sent in October 2016).

Yours sincerely,

Ken Tsui

Dear Mr Tsui,

Having checked with colleagues, we do not believe that the University holds a response to that consultation. Please treat this email as notice of that per S.17 of FoI(S)A.

If I can be of help in future, please let me know.

Kind regards,

Alan
