Please can you supply me with the following information:

1. a) The make up of the "Working Group" and the 100 residents who attended co-design workshops : how many were officers, how many councillors, and how many residents.
The Working Group

The working group was formed by Lee Green Councillors and was separate to the co-design workshops. We are not aware of the number of residents who attended, this will be reviewed with a view to share if the information is held.

The Co-design Workshops
There were two co-design workshops held. Four officers were present at the first co-design workshop and five officers were present at the second co-design workshop. One councillor came to the first co-design workshop and one councillor came to the second co-design workshop. As stated in the attached engagement report there were approximately 100 residents present across the two co-design workshops. This is an approximate number as not all attendees signed in using the sign in sheet. The officers and councillors did not form part of the approximate 100 residents who attended across the two co-design workshops.

The two co-design sessions were drop-in, anyone was able to attend at any point during the 3 hour session and no one was turned away at the door.
